Author Biography: Alastair Woolley: Having had a book about the HACCP approach to food safety on farms accepted by a publisher this book has absolutely no relevance to any other work attempted. The author has a Master of Science degree in food management and therefore little understanding of the arts. Now retired after a career in catering management and 20 years of lecturing.
