While Gleebooks attempts to ensure that prices and availability status listed on this website are correct, prices may vary for reasons beyond our control, for example, for titles listed on this website, but not currently in stock, and that must be re-ordered. Titles listed as in stock are on occasion unable to be found on the shelf.
If any variation in price or availability occurs gleebooks will ALWAYS contact you via email to confirm your order before we charge your card or despatch. Titles listed as not in stock are generally obtainable within 7-14 days. Similarly, we will ALWAYS contact you via email to confirm your order if a title is expected to take longer than 14 days to obtain.
All prices quoted on this web site are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the Australian 10% goods & services tax (GST). Books despatched to overseas addresses are GST exempt and will be sold at the listed price, less the GST component.

Delivery is via Australia Post via a trackable service . Titles in stock will be posted within 1 working day of receipt of your order. If other special delivery times or prices apply you will be contacted via email.

These rates are for an untracked service. We can quote on a tracked/registered service, and/or heavier consignments. Please request, or indicate any preferences in the 'shipping instructions' field at the time you place your order.
We charge the Australia Post parcel service rate and will quote the exact amount when we confirm your order. A typical postage charge for 1-2 paperbacks to Europe or the USA is AUD $10-$18.
Express Delivery:
Express delivery at special rates is also available on request. Request details using our Customer Enquiry or request this service in the Order Form "Shipping Instructions" field.
Returns
Gleebooks will (a) refund, or (b) replace books, or (c) exchange, or (d) provide a gift certificate to the value of the returned order (goods) purchased from our web site, provided goods are returned within 30 days, and are in good condition, and are accompanied by our official receipt/tax invoice.
When returning goods to gleebooks, we only cover the cost of postage for goods that are faulty or damaged prior to delivery. Postage costs for all other returns will be at the expense of the purchaser. Returns should be mailed to our main shop (see Contact in the top menu).
