Pricing and Availability of Books
While gleebooks attempts to ensure that all prices listed on this website are correct, prices may sometimes vary for reasons beyond our control, for example, for titles listed on this website, but not currently in stock. gleebooks reserves the right not to sell at the displayed price.
We will generally contact you within 48 hours of your order being placed, or shortly thereafter, with price and availability for all titles ordered. If there is any price difference we will contact you via email you before processing your order.
All prices quoted on this web site are in Australian dollars (AUD$).
AMEX Card Surcharge:
A 3% AMEX Card Surcharge will be applied to the combined order and delivery charge total when paying by AMEX card.

Delivery is via Australia Post. Your purchase will be posted within 3 working days of receipt of your order. If other special delivery times or prices apply you will be contacted via email

These rates are for an untracked service. We can quote on a tracked/registered service, and/or heavier consignments.
We charge the Australia Post parcel service rate and will quote the amount when we confirm your order. A typical postage charge for 1-2 paperbacks to Europe or the USA is AU$10-$15.
Express Delivery:
Express delivery at special rates is also available on request. Request details using our Customer Enquiry or request this service in the Order Form "Comments" field.
Returns
gleebooks will (a) refund, or (b) replace books, or (c) exchange, or (d) provide a Gift Certificate to the value of the returned order (goods) purchased from our web site, provided goods are returned within 14 days, and are in good condition, and are accompanied by our official receipt/tax invoice.
When returning goods to gleebooks, we only cover the cost of freight for goods that are faulty or damaged prior to delivery. Freight costs for all other returns will be at the expense of the purchaser. Returns should be mailed to our main store (see Contact above).
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
The federal government introduced a Goods and Services Tax in 2000 for all products and services delivered within Australia. This tax on books etc. generally adds 10% to the final price of an order. Overseas delivery is GST-free!
Just select your order destination in the Order Form and GST will be automatically added to the final price for an Australia-delivered order. If you accidentally select "will be delivered outside Australia" when the delivery address is within Australia, GST will be added to the final price.
