‘Annar’ Prabhakaran, the Supremo of Tamil Tigers has offered a ceasefire to allure the ‘Goddess of Peace’, the new President of Sri Lanka. The ceasefire does not stop the Tigers’ notorious Pistol Squad infiltrating Colombo to gun down of their opponents. Tissa, the deputy of the Terrorist Investigation Team is on a mission to catch the killers with the blessings of Swami Sai Baba, the ‘God’ who lived amongst humans.
Only a few culprits fall into Tissa’s net but justice comes slowly in the prolonging hearings of the colonial style courtrooms in Colombo, unravelling myriads of mysteries. To unearth these mysteries, the police, judges and journalists comb through a minefield of secrets studded with murders, blackmails, corruptions, arm deals, election scandals and forbidden love affairs. Meanwhile, the clever and deadly creatures, the Tigers in disguise, appear and disappear not only in Colombo and Jaffna, but also in Chennai, Kula Lumpur, Toronto and London, perfectly accomplishing their missions.
